What happens to an herb tile I walk onto if I have no matching herb hut?
The rulebook states this directly.

Nothing is taken — the tile stays face-down on the board. You only reveal and collect tiles that match a hut you own. In the page-3 example the scout moves four spaces and takes the two tiles it owns huts for.
