How much do I lose when a section is completed above my unfinished section?
The rulebook states how many Recognition Points are lost, and players' worked examples agree.

You lose Recognition Points equal to the number of completed sections above your unfinished card in that tower, not counting your own completed sections. Each of your unfinished cards below is penalised separately, and you can still finish them later.
