Do the tiles for Artists with Fame 15+ or promotion level 4+ count all Artists or only mine?
The designer confirmed all Artists count.

All Artists in the game, whether or not you own their Works. Only promotion level counts for the level-4 tile, so a Celebrity counts there only if its promotion level is 4 or 5.
