How does the Reputation tile on my third Gallery slot work?

When you place a Work in the third slot you take the tile and lay it over that Work until the end of your turn. Then you put it on an empty Reputation space on your board, gain the bonus printed on that space (not the tile), and send one Lobby Visitor, if you have any, back to the Plaza. You get this only once per game, and the Work must really go in the third slot, so selling art early can cost you the tile. With no empty Reputation space the tile is discarded.
