Does Lacerda leave an Assistant behind when he moves?
The rulebook says he leaves an Assistant behind at each Location; the designer ruled he leaves none when out of them.

Yes. Each time he moves on his own turn he leaves an Assistant on the Location he is leaving, unless he has none left (then he just moves). He doesn't leave one when you kick him out.
