How long does an Assistant stay on a contract card?

Until the contract is used for a sale, when it returns to the office and the card flips, or until the card is covered by a new contract (the Assistant goes home too). The contract's bonus can be taken only once while the Assistant sits there; after a sale the flipped card shows a new bonus that needs another Executive Action and another Assistant, and replacing the card does not give you its ticket again.
