Are Artist bonus tiles placed face up at setup, and does the starting face-up Artist get one?
Several players agree on face up and on skipping the already-discovered Artist, which reads the setup wording sensibly; no official ruling.

Face up, so everyone can see what a discovery will pay. The setup text says to put a bonus tile on each Artist, but the one Artist who starts face up (the first blue one) can't be discovered, so players put no bonus tile on it; its bonus could never be collected. The bonus is gained when a face-down Artist is discovered.
