When is a delve fully explored, and can you keep exploring after gathering the required skyshards?
A delve is fully explored once the required skyshards have been revealed, so you cannot keep drawing for more. A hex is not explorable once all its skyshards are drawn. Skyshards beyond the delve's XP limit are ignored.
