Deploy only the enemies printed for that tile, up to your EP and the free enemy spawn points; the remaining EP is simply not used. Enemies appear on every revealed tile with a delve card, and EP does not drop as tiles are revealed. Enemy spawn symbols on the tile also cap how many can be placed.
