Do skyshards gained by enemies or companions count toward the three needed to fully explore a delve?
No, per an official Discord ruling relayed in the thread. The skyshard limit applies only to delves whose objective is collecting skyshards, so enemy or companion collection does not count toward the adventurers' total. The Black Marsh Day 3 delve is not meant to use that limit.
