Can you untrain a lower-level skill die and still train higher-level dice in the same skill line?
Yes. Training a die of level 2 or higher needs a trained die of the level below or the same level in that line, and that is only checked when you train. Single dice can be untrained, but you cannot untrain the whole line while keeping a higher die. XP spent on untrained dice is not refunded.
