After the intro scenario, can I place World Map cards or walk around before starting a scenario?
You can place World Map sections with the intro's Hope Reborn and Destiny points, but they aren't flipped until a scenario's Preparation. Spending Hope Reborn at the end of the intro is mandatory, and you can't walk or place cards on the table until a scenario says so.
