When can I flip newly placed World Map cards during the Preparation phase, and can I do it more than once?

Once per Preparation phase: all World Map cards that can be flipped are flipped together, at any point during Preparation. A card placed earlier in the same Preparation can be flipped in that pass. You cannot repeat the step by spending another Hope Reborn card.
