Actions

When placing a worker on an action space with a fast pass token, return the token to the game box and gain a bonus:

• Arborist: Remove up to four tree markers from the player's property instead of two.
• Banker: Take $4 from the supply instead of $2.
• Contractor: Advance one space on any emotion track, in addition to taking a concession tile.
• Realtor: Return $1 to the supply instead of $3 when taking an expansion board.

Rules

Setup

Randomly place each of the four fast pass tokens face-up on the 2, 3, 4, and 5 spaces of the month track.

During solo setup, give Becky 5VP.

The card's month track illustration shows the four tokens in this order: Banker on 2, Arborist on 3, Realtor on 4, Contractor on 5. The card does not state a fixed order; setup is random as written above.

Cleanup

During the Cleanup Step of months 1-4, place the fast pass token for the next month on the game board on the matching action space.
