Aim of the Game

The player with the most points wins.

Preparations

The cards are shuffled thoroughly and laid face down as a stack on the table. The empty game box is placed in the middle of the table with the lid on.

How to Play

The oldest player begins as dealer and he turns over one card after another. The cards are turned over so that all players can see them at the same time, and laid out in a row. All players (including the dealer) can call "Take it!" at any time and hit the box with one hand. When a player has called "Take it!" they get all the cards which are lying face up in the middle of the table. These cards are placed in a pile face down in front of them, and remain concealed until the end of the game. This player now takes over as dealer until the next player calls "Take it!" and the dealer changes again, and so on.

Each player may call "Take it!" three times per game (or four times if there are 2 or 3 players), in order to take the cards. The players lay these cards in a separate pile in front of them on the table. The first player to have three piles in front of them becomes dealer until the end of the game. If two players call "Take it!" simultaneously, the player to have their hand on the game box first gets the cards.

The Cards

Full Points

The numbers shown count as points.

Double or Nothing

The numbers shown only count as points (plus or minus) if the player has two of these cards (Example: Two "double or nothing" cards with a "-2" count as minus 2 points.) A single card does not count anything.

Joker

A joker card only counts together with a single "double or nothing" card. Together these cards count the number of points on the "double or nothing" card. If the player has no "double or nothing" card with plus points, the joker has to be used with a minus "double or nothing" card. A joker card on its own has no value.

10 or Nothing

The player with the most of these cards gets 10 plus points. All other "10 or nothing" cards count nothing. If two or more players have an equal number of "10 or nothing" cards, these players all get 10 points.

End of the Game

The game is over when all the cards in the stack have been turned over, or all players except one have three "Take it!" piles in front of them (or four "Take it!" piles if there are 2 or 3 players). The remaining player then gets the rest of the cards (providing there are still cards left).

Now each player counts his points by sorting his cards and subtracting the minus from the plus points.

The player with the highest score wins. If there is a tie, there are several winners.
