Can Punch Dagger pick a die already rerolled, and can Tress combine Fluidity with Krayt Dragon Fury?
Punch Dagger may turn any die showing a single attack icon, even one already rerolled, because turning a die isn't a reroll. Tress cannot combine Fluidity's options with Krayt Dragon Fury's lower ability: Fluidity needs an exhaust and two style tokens and gives a choice of one.
