Can heroes use strain abilities in the tutorial, and why does the app tutorial use Jet Troopers?

Heroes may use strain abilities in the tutorial (it isn't a campaign mission, but nothing forbids it, and posters allow it), though the tutorial intro tells you to ignore condition abilities. If the Legends of the Alliance app tutorial deploys Jet Troopers, they come from Jabba's Realm; remove that expansion in the collection manager or proxy the figures.
