The first player to 40 VP wins, or the game ends when one side has no figures left. The printed Rules Reference awards a group's full deployment cost when its last figure falls, but later skirmish rules (relayed from the Skirmish Guide) score per figure, with attachments adding their cost when the group is wiped out. Check your edition's Skirmish Guide.
