How do side missions get chosen and replaced?

After Aftermath, shuffle the side mission deck and draw two cards; the Rebels pick one, the other stays active. After each non-agenda side mission, shuffle and draw one replacement. The deck (each hero's red card, four green cards the Rebels pick, four random gray cards) is built at setup. The campaign log, not strict alternation, says whether the next mission is a story or side mission.
