Only one. A figure with a Deployment card (Stormtroopers, allies, villains) may spend just one of its two actions on something that attacks, and that includes special actions such as Vader's Brutality or a Nexu's Pounce. The limit counts actions, not attacks, so one action containing two attacks is fine. Only heroes can attack with both actions.
