How does Stun work on Imperial figures in the Legends of the Alliance app?

The app's rules replace the printed Stun rule for Imperial figures: on its own activation a stunned Imperial figure can still attack, and a move instruction gives it no movement points and discards the Stun instead. Outside its own activation it follows the normal rule, so an Imperial Officer's Order or Executive Order cannot make a stunned figure move or attack. A stunned Nexu can still Pounce. This is the app rulebook, not the printed Rules Reference, which bans a stunned figure from attacking.
