How does Rest work in the Legends of the Alliance app?
A Rest recovers strain up to Endurance only; the usual rule that excess strain recovery heals damage no longer applies. A hero can spend a Medpac in the same Rest to recover damage (an Emergency Medpack supply card works on its own card text), and wounds are not otherwise healed by resting.
