Does Lead by Example let an ordered figure attack more than once in an activation?
No. It does not change the rule that a non-hero figure may use only one action to attack per activation; an attack granted from outside the figure's activation is separate and does not count, but it also doesn't add extra attacks for the ordered figure's own activation.
