How do spice barrels work in Hostile Negotiations: retrieving, dropping and carrying?

A figure on or adjacent to a barrel can retrieve it with an interact, and the movement points spent are separate from the figure's normal movement. Non-sentient figures like the Nexu cannot retrieve it. A carried barrel counts as on the figure, not on the stockpile, and cannot be voluntarily dropped except where the mission allows it (here, on or adjacent to a stockpile).
