How do Loku's recon tokens work: placement, damage bonus and removal?
A recon token can be placed on his attack target and stays on the figure after the attack; it returns to Loku when that enemy is defeated. The +1 damage comes from the Set Your Sights ability, so it stops if Loku withdraws, it is added as a modifier in step 4 (a surge spent in step 5 is too late for the current attack), and it doesn't boost Cleave since Cleave isn't an attack. A recon token is not a condition.
