In Disaster, are the evacuees figures, and do adjacent heroes give extra defense dice?
Evacuees are tokens, not figures, so they don't block line of sight and an Imperial figure can attack them in the same space. An evacuee rolls one white defense die if at least one healthy hero is adjacent, however many heroes are there. Imperial reinforcements arrive at the start of the status phase after the trigger.
