Can an earned ally be taken to more than one mission?

Yes. Allies are kept for the rest of the campaign, but only one can be brought per mission, and the Imperial player gains threat equal to its deployment cost and an optional deployment when it is deployed. Missions that give a specific ally are separate and don't count.
