Ship Cards

Each ship card shows, from top to bottom and left to right: the ship name and faction emblem, hull value, anti-squadron armament, the command, squadron and engineering values, the speed chart, the defense tokens, the anti-ship armament by arc, the upgrade slots along the foot of the card, and the points cost at bottom right.

Interdictor Combat Refit

Faction: Imperial (faction emblem at top left) Size: not confirmed (the size is shown by a wedge-shaped silhouette icon at bottom left; no size word is printed that could be read) Points: 93 Hull: 9 Anti-squadron armament: 1 black die and 1 blue die

Command: 2 Squadron: 2 Engineering: 5

Speed chart (columns are speed 1 to 4, read top to bottom; a red cell has no entry, a dark-brown cell has no printed yaw value, and the printed symbols are reproduced as shown):

RowSpeed 1Speed 2Speed 3Speed 4
1redreddark browndark brown
2redreddark browndark brown
3redIdark browndark brown
4IIdark browndark brown

Defense tokens: four defense-token icons are printed in the green panel. The icons are reproduced as pictograms; their names are not given because they could not be identified reliably at scan resolution.

Anti-ship armament by arc (dice shown, and the number printed beside each arc):

  • Front arc: 2 red dice and 2 blue dice; printed number 3.
  • Left arc: 2 red dice and 2 blue dice; printed number 2.
  • Right arc: 2 red dice and 2 blue dice; printed number 2.
  • Rear arc: 1 red die and 2 blue dice; printed number 2.

Upgrade slots: five circular slot icons along the foot of the card, pictograms only. The card prints no slot names, so the slot types are not transcribed as text.

Interdictor Suppression Refit

Faction: Imperial (faction emblem at top left) Size: not confirmed (the size is shown by a wedge-shaped silhouette icon at bottom left; no size word is printed that could be read) Points: 90 Hull: 9 Anti-squadron armament: 1 blue die

Command: 2 Squadron: 2 Engineering: 5

Speed chart (identical to Interdictor Combat Refit; columns are speed 1 to 4, read top to bottom):

RowSpeed 1Speed 2Speed 3Speed 4
1redreddark browndark brown
2redreddark browndark brown
3redIdark browndark brown
4IIdark browndark brown

Defense tokens: the same four defense-token icons as Interdictor Combat Refit, reproduced as pictograms and not named.

Anti-ship armament by arc (dice shown, and the number printed beside each arc):

  • Front arc: 1 red die and 3 blue dice; printed number 3.
  • Left arc: 1 red die and 3 blue dice; printed number 2.
  • Right arc: 1 red die and 3 blue dice; printed number 2.
  • Rear arc: 1 red die and 2 blue dice; printed number 2.

Upgrade slots: six circular slot icons along the foot of the card, pictograms only. The card prints no slot names, so the slot types are not transcribed as text.

Notes on the Ship Cards

  • Neither ship card prints ability text. The ship's behaviour is set by its speed chart, defense tokens, armament and the upgrade cards.
  • The two ships differ in their anti-ship armament, their anti-squadron armament, their upgrade slot count (five on Combat Refit, six on Suppression Refit) and their points cost. Their hull, command, squadron and engineering values and speed charts are the same.
  • The speed-chart cell colours and the defense-token icons were read from low-resolution scans. The speed-chart colours are transcribed as shown; their meaning is the one given by the base game's Rules Reference.

Upgrade Cards

Each upgrade card shows its name, a type icon at the bottom left (where legible), the points cost at bottom right, and the card text. Unique (ace) cards are marked with a bullet (•) before the name, as printed. The four upgrades below are the only ones legible in the source; see the note in the Table of Contents.

G-8 Experimental Projector

Unique: yes Header icon: a circular-arrow icon at the top right (not described by the card text) Points cost: 8

Before an enemy ship at distance 1–5 resolves the Determine Course step, you may exhaust this card to temporarily reduce its speed by 1 to a minimum of speed 0 until the end of the maneuver.

G7-X Grav Well Projector

Unique: no Header icon: none printed Points cost: 2

Before deploying fleets, place 1 grav well token anywhere in the play area.

When a ship deploys at distance 1–3 of a grav well token, its speed must be set to 0.

Grav Shift Reroute

Unique: yes Header icon: none printed Points cost: 2

Before deploying fleets, place 1 grav shift token anywhere in the play area.

After deploying fleets, you may move each obstacle at distance 1–3 of that token to within distance 2 of that obstacle's current location. Obstacles cannot overlap tokens, obstacles, or ships.

Targeting Scrambler

Unique: no Header icon: a circular-arrow icon at the top right (not described by the card text) Points cost: 5

While a friendly ship at distance 1–3 is defending at close range, during the Spend Defense Tokens step, you may exhaust this card to force the attacker to reroll up to 4 dice of your choice.

Notes on the Upgrade Cards

  • The bullet (•) marking unique cards is printed on G-8 Experimental Projector and Grav Shift Reroute only.
  • The circular-arrow header icon appears on G-8 Experimental Projector and Targeting Scrambler only. The source groups all four upgrades as Experimental Retrofit upgrades; that grouping is the sourcer's, and the card scans print no type word for it.
  • The grav tokens named on the G7-X Grav Well Projector and Grav Shift Reroute are defined in the companion Grav Tokens entry for this pack.
  • Card artist credits and flavour text are omitted.
  • The scans are the printed (non-errata) versions.
