Setup
Each player receives a sheet from the pad and chooses a screen as well as a pen.
Object of the Game
Have fun and collect the most points.
The Game
All players play simultaneously. Each player writes a person into the grey box on the back of his sheet - either one from the list or one he thinks up himself. Then everyone folds his sheet along the dashed line and places it in front of himself so that he can only see the left half.
The player who had the worst grade in art class is the start player. He calls "Go!"
Now everyone draws the left half of the person he wrote down. You may use neither digits nor letters! Whoever finishes calls "Stop!" and turns the sheet so that the right, empty side is on top. When the second-to-last player has called "Stop!", the last player must also stop drawing and turn his sheet to the right side.
Now everyone passes his sheet on to his left neighbor, so that the left half of the sheet remains covered on the table. Without looking at the half that has already been drawn, everyone looks on the back to see which person he has to draw. The start player calls "Go!" again and everyone draws the right half of the noted person. Whoever finishes calls "Stop!" When the second-to-last player has called "Stop!", the last player must stop drawing.
Now the artworks are presented one after another. The start player begins by unfolding his sheet and laying it in the middle of the table. The other players guess, competing against each other, whom the picture is supposed to show. Each player has exactly one guess. The two players who drew the picture may of course not join in the guessing.
Whoever is first to correctly guess the portrayed person receives the portrait as a reward. If all players guessed wrong, the two artists share the portrait between them.
Next Round
Agree on a number of rounds that you want to play. For each round everyone gets a new sheet. At the end you then work out the points each player has (see below).
Who Wins?
For each portrait in front of you, you receive two points; for each one that lies between you and one of your neighbors, one minus point. The player with the most points wins.
Have fun drawing monsters!
Tips
- For the task "my left neighbor", the first player draws his left-hand seat neighbor. The second player then draws himself.
- If you cannot decide on a person to draw, run your pen along the rows on the back and wait until your neighbor says "Stop!". Write down the person your pen is now pointing at.
