How to Play
Take turns picking up any card from the middle. Look at the two sounds written on it and choose one to make. When making your sound you can't say ANY WORDS - not even 'brum brum' or 'quack quack' if you are being really strict! When you're ready, SIT ON your HANDS, so you don't make any gestures. As you make your sound, other players can shout out as many guesses as they like. If one person's getting close to the answer, you can NOD but you can't give hints.
Aim
Win the most points by making and guessing ridiculous sounds. These range from easy sounds like a bee, a baby or a sneeze, through to really hard sounds like bubble wrap, tap dancing or a waterfall!
Set Up
First, take the cards you need: FIVE for EVERY person. So if there are three of you, you need 15 cards. If there are four of you, you need 20. The first time you play, we suggest you make about half the cards EASY and half MEDIUM. Keep the cards face down so you can only see the words EASY, MEDIUM or HARD. Spread them out on the table or floor. Now grab a pen and paper, or a phone, and choose someone to keep score.
Speedy Soundiculous
Not got time or space for a full game? Here's a super-easy way to play. Simply take turns choosing cards: Easy, Medium or Hard. Look at the two sounds and choose one to make. Whoever guesses it correctly takes the card. If no-one gets it right, put it back in the box and try another. Whenever you stop playing, the person with the most cards WINS!
Scoring
When someone shouts out the right answer, you BOTH win points: one for EASY, two for MEDIUM, three for HARD. The points are shown on the back of the card to make scoring easy. When the cards in the middle run out, whoever has the most points WINS! If two of you get the SAME score, here's what to do: a third player picks a card and makes a sound. The first of the tied players to shout out the right answer WINS!

If you get STUCK, think about other sounds that might help. So let's imagine your word is EGG TIMER... if no one guesses it from a ticking sound, you might start clucking! If you DO accidentally say a word, OR if at least HALF the guessers give up, your turn is over. Put the card to one side.
