What happens in the end-of-round enemy phase, and do hourglass icons trigger on counterattacks?

Surviving enemies attack the crew left to right and then their end-of-round abilities resolve; every hourglass icon on a card activates, an enemy can have several, and hourglass icons do not trigger on counterattacks. An uncovered flame's number adds to the attack. If the last cube is used and the enemy survives, it makes its counterattack and its end-of-round attack both.
