Overview (from the Workshop/retailer description)
The game has 48 cards (12 per season), a die, a board and 5 pawns. Each player is dealt 6 cards. On your turn you roll the die. The first player to empty their hand advances one space on the board. The board has 3 steps plus start/winner; win 3 rounds to win the game.
Dice
The die shows the four season symbols, a star and a card symbol.
Season symbols
- The player who rolled the die can discard all the cards from the season they rolled. The rest of the players can only discard one.
- If they rolled a season they have no cards for, they draw a card and end their turn. Only the one who rolled has to draw.
Star
- If they rolled a star, they can discard any card they want.
Card symbol
- Everyone else draws a card from the deck.
Clarifications
- The first player to discard all their cards wins. If more than one player does so in the same turn, everyone who did it wins the round and moves forwards on the board.
- The same goes if more than one player reaches the end of the board in the same turn. They all share the victory!
