Customers with 2 Group Icons
The Board Game Media and City Celebrity Customer Cards each have 2 different Group Icons. These Customers are considered to be in both Groups for which they have icons. These icons are applicable for all purposes, such as Word of Mouth and Group Awards.
The Quality Beast Customer Cards and one City Celebrity in particular, the Quality Beast mascot, our beloved, endangered red panda, Cubee, are all very special. They each have a second Group Icon that is actually a wild symbol for all of the Groups except Quality Beasts. This applies when selecting a target for any Customer Abilities and it counts for anything you choose during Word of Mouth. However, at the end of the game it can only count for 1 single Group of your choice, excluding Quality Beasts.
The paragraph above also covers the Quality Beast Customer Cards. Its application to this pack is the Cubee City Celebrity card.
City Celebrities
The City Celebrities are a bit different to the Board Game Media and Quality Beast Customer Groups in that they don't come with an Award nor any Upgrade Cards. The intention is that you add the City Celebrities in addition to the 6 Groups you plan to play with. They provide more powerful and flexible cards to heighten the level of gameplay.
Setup
To play with the City Celebrities, mix them in with the other 60 Customers you are playing with to create a Customer deck of 73 cards.
Explanation of a City Celebrity Card

Serving City Celebrities
It's important to note that City Celebrities are Served a bit differently than other Customers. Instead of having a Main and a Side Order, they have 2 Main Orders, left and right. You may choose which you Fulfill first, turning the other one into an optional Side. The Ability you activate depends on which Main Order you Fulfilled. If you Fulfill the Main Order on the left, you will activate their left Ability. If you Fulfill the Main Order on the right, you will activate their right Ability. And if you Fulfill both Orders, you will activate both Abilities, in the order of your choosing.
Copycat
If you use a Performer to copy a City Celebrity's Ability, you must choose one of their two Abilities. You may never do both in this way. Since a Super Performer must select two different Customers, you cannot use their Super Acting Ability to circumvent this rule.
Example: Serving City Celebrities
On Yoshi's first turn during the Serve Phase, they must Serve the first Customer in their Line, Nicole Battefeld. However, because Nicole Battefeld is a City Celebrity, Yoshi can choose if they will Fulfill just 1 or both of the Customer's Main Orders. Yoshi chooses to only Fulfill the Right Main Order, paying the required Resources. Then, because they Fulfilled the Right Main Order, Yoshi must activate the Right Customer Ability, Super Hype, raising their Hype by 2. Yoshi does not activate the Left Customer Ability because they did not Fulfill the Left Main Order.
On Yoshi's next turn, they must Serve the second Customer in their Line, DJ Desue. Because DJ Desue is also a City Celebrity, Yoshi can again choose which of the Customer's Main Orders to Fulfill. This time Yoshi decides to Fulfill both Main Orders, paying the required Resources. Afterwards, because Yoshi Fulfilled both of the Customer's Main Orders, they must activate both of their Abilities. However, they can choose in which order they are activated. Yoshi chooses to first activate the Super Walk-In Ability, taking 2 Hipsters from the City and adding them to the end of their Line. Then, Yoshi activates the Super Entertain Ability, placing 1 Happy Token on each of their new Customers.
