The railroad card scores 10 per completed railroad (black track at the end of the line), up to 30. The black-track card sums the three spaces reached by your black tracks, counting spaces covered by other colours. The locomotive card adds the numbers on your locomotives, as the rulebook says. The extra-workers card counts only workers you gained, not your starting ones.
