When during my turn can I trade with other heroes?
The rulebook sets the once-per-turn limit under Start of Turn; designer replies on exact timing are not consistent.

Once per turn, with heroes on your space. The rulebook lists trading in the Start of Turn step, and a 2025 designer reply says only another start-of-turn effect can come before the Banner action, so trade right after your Banner action to be safe. Earlier 2022 designer replies said trades could happen at any time during your turn, so the exact timing is not fully settled.
