Can I use a virtue more than once per turn?
The designer said virtues can be repeated while you can pay.

Yes, unless its text limits it. A virtue is limited only by the cost you can pay each time, so Inventive, Blessed and similar abilities can be repeated. Blessed works for another hero only on the Orphaned Scion's own turn.
