What happens when I cross a river of fire without enough warriors?
The Token Appendix sets the cost and the rules on losses say what happens when you cannot pay.

Crossing a river of fire costs six warriors. If you have fewer, you lose what you can and gain a corruption for the shortfall, as with any loss you cannot fully pay.
