How do I remove a corruption?
The Reinforce table lists the sanctuary effect and the designer answered the others.

Reinforce at a sanctuary and spend 5 spirit to remove all your corruptions, which go to the bottom of the corruption deck. Spores are different: they come off only through the Herbal Remedy quest item.
