What does it mean to lose a virtue, and can the printed virtues be lost?
The designer said only active virtue tiles can be lost and the card text was updated.

Losing a virtue means removing an active virtue tile (a tile you flipped active) from the game. The virtues printed on the hero board can never be lost. If an effect makes you lose a virtue and you have only printed ones, you take a corruption instead. Striga can only remove the three hero tiles and the champion tile.
