How does the Lemure strike work?
The designer described the movement, the two skulls per Lemure and the destruction case.

Each Lemure moves to the closest Sanctuary or Citadel anywhere on the map, not just in its own kingdom, as long as one still stands. Then 2 skulls are placed on the building in its space for each Lemure. If several Lemures share a building and it is destroyed partway, the leftover skulls are removed; the building is destroyed once, the kingdom's owner gains one corruption, and nothing extra happens for the additional Lemure.
