Which side of the cover tiles goes face up in a 3-player game?
Two players read the tile artwork and hedge ('probably'); the rulebook does not say which side faces up.

Show the side that is not marked with a crossed-out number. Players note that the numbered side has an X through the number, which marks a space as unavailable, so the other side is the better reading. The rulebook only says to cover the marked spaces with the 2 cover tiles.
