Objective

Ages 8+. Players 3-8. Time 15+ min.

Contents

  • 7 Qorks
  • 2 Oversized Dice
  • 2 Playmats
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Scorepad
  • 1 Pencil

Setup

  1. Write names on the scorepad.
  2. Choose one player to be the first 'Cupper' and give them the dice, cup, and one playmat.
  3. Give a Qork to each of the remaining 'Qorkers'. Place all Qorks on the mat in the center of the gameplay area. Hold the bead at the end of the string.

The Cupper wants to capture the Qorks by trapping them under the cup. Qorkers want to pull their Qork and avoid being caught.

How to Play

  1. Always use the cup to roll the dice onto the mat.
  2. Quickly lift the cup straight up to reveal dice.
  3. All players react on doubles or a total of seven!
  4. The Cupper wants to capture the Qorks by trapping them under the cup. Qorkers want to pull their Qork and avoid being caught.

Scoring

The goal is to score the fewest points.

Qorker

  • +1 point if you're caught on a roll of seven or doubles.
  • +1 point for pulling on a roll that isn't seven or doubles.

Cupper

  • +1 point for missing all Qorkers on a roll of seven or doubles.
  • +1 point for slamming the cup on a roll that isn't seven or doubles.

End of Turn & Game

The cup rotates clockwise after a player rolls seven or doubles.

The game ends as soon as a player reaches 15 points - or 10 points for a shorter game.

The player with the fewest points at the end wins!

Tiebreaker

Only the tied players grab a Qork. Choose another player to be the Cupper and keep playing until one player wins!
