  • 15 Red team pieces, including 3 Trojan bombs
  • 15 Blue team pieces, includeing [sic] 3 Trojan bombs

Setup

  1. Each player picks a colour (red or blue) and a side of the server.
  2. Shuffle 6 yellow bombs facedown. Each player draws 1, checks the number, and places it facedown beside the board. The bomb detonates if the opponent steps on the corresponding node. Reveal the yellow bomb and place it on the node, destroying it permanently.
  3. Each player picks 3 pieces (including Trojan bombs) to strategically put on their firewall for battle!

Perform twice of the 4 actions in any order. You may choose 2 same actions.

  • Move: Move a piece to an adjacent node.
  • Copy: Deploy a piece on a node adjacent to your existing pieces.
  • Zip: Stack 3 connected pieces into a .zip.
  • Unzip: Unzip a .zip to 3 connected pieces.

Free Actions

  • Delete: If your 2 pieces flank 1 enemy piece, you may delete the piece. The .zip file must be deleted by 2 .zip files.

Trojan Bombing

Choose one of the two bombing styles:

  • Bombs face-down: If a deleted piece is revealed as a Trojan bomb, it also destroys the two adjacent pieces.
  • Bombs face-up: During your turn, if a Trojan bomb is placed between two enemy pieces, you must detonate it to destroy both adjacent enemy pieces.

Offline Restore

Must keep at least 1 path open for the opponent to connect to their server. In an explosion disconnect, you must move or delete pieces to restore the connection in the next turn.

Winning

1st player hacks into the opponent's server with any piece and shout "PWNED!" wins the game!
