Can I sell a good the Trading House already holds?
The rulebook states this directly, and forum players agree.

Not normally. The Trading House takes only different kinds of goods until it is emptied, so a second corn cannot be sold. An occupied Office removes that restriction. A full Trading House takes nothing more that phase.
