Does running out of colonists or nobles end the game with the Nobles?
The rulebook states this directly, and forum players agree.

No. With the Nobles expansion an empty colonist supply no longer ends the game, and neither does an empty noble supply. Use every colonist token in setup and use substitutes if the nobles run out.
