Puerto Rico
What do I use as a forest tile, and how many forests are there?
The rulebook describes forest tiles and says they cannot be changed once placed; forum posters agree the tiles are interchangeable with face-down plantations.

The expansion has twelve forest tiles. In the German original a forest is a face-down plantation tile, and if you lack forest tiles you may use a face-down plantation tile instead; mechanically they are the same. Once placed, a tile may not be switched between plantation and forest.
