Can I produce only some of my goods in the Craftsman phase?
The rulebook makes the action optional and an Alea reply relayed by several posters says all-or-nothing per goods; nothing official is quoted.

Yes, but only in whole steps. Producing at all is optional, and you may choose not to use a given production building. But once you produce, you take everything your occupied plantations and the buildings you use allow, so you cannot make just part of the output.
