Puerto Rico
Can I load more than one kind of good, or use two ships, on one shipping turn?
The rulebook states this directly, and forum players agree.

No. On each turn you load one kind of good onto one ship, then play moves on. The Captain phase continues clockwise, with multiple turns each, as long as anyone can load.
