Queen's Palace and Starting Structure Rules

These are the same as the cards in the base game, but the Starting Structures have more powerful permanent resources. As a result, they either don't provide starting resources or even subtract them, rather than adding them in Step 6 of game setup. The Queen's Palaces reward points only, not a wild Guild Banner.

Structure and Landscape Card Rules

The Landscape Cards feature a new type of action space. These action spaces allow players to gain the rewards of any single action space on an adjacent card in its row. (Note: if a card is on either of the ends of the row, it is only adjacent to a single card, therefore has more limited options for this action.)

The Structure Cards feature a new scoring condition that scores 1 point per set of the two resource types shown.

Adding the Mini-expansion to the Game

Both the Queen's Palace/Starting Structure Cards and Structure/Landscape Cards can be shuffled into the standard decks of cards from the base Propolis game to add more variety to the game and add new action spaces. There is no need to remove cards from any of the decks when adding the Structural Diversity Mini-expansion.
