Description:

Feds detect terror cell! To disable, go to the southernmost Street-Space of 3rd St., and treat like a Difficulty-5 Emergency.

It must be handled in the next 4 turns or the Good Cops fail the game.

Count turns by placing 4 Donuts on this card, then remove 1 just before the Event Card draw phase of each player's turn.

If successful, take all Donuts on this card. Active player keeps up to 2 Donuts, and gives the rest away.

The Bomb doesn't block traffic.
